BPM and Social Networking

In its essence, a BPM project requires a high level of collaboration in the extended, multinational and often virtual enterprise. The combination of current economic reality and the socio-professional trends (social networking, web 2.0) suggests that every organization  should consider its value-added production at a level far beyond its walls, including end customers, intermediate clients, suppliers, financial partners, shareholders, employees and consultants.
